Dear all
i just have regitered over here after i tried alot with shop's over here to change the language of my T mobile MDA from GER to ENG
i searched all the forum to find out where i can get ENG ROM and the correct way to falsh it with USB cable ... am not expert to flash it in bootloader mode
Can any one help me please out here ? :oops:

http://lumpistefan.dyndns.org/ - all versions, languages + couple of nice progs that can be optionally included straight in ROM - make your RAM free! :lol:

Actually, if you unmark "Add software and modify ROM" option, you get the original ROM - 4.01.16 ENG is the official T-Mobile release of WM2003... :)

Man i downloaded the 2003 ROM and tries to upgrade my PDA but it killed it ... ActviSyn does not recognize it any more
what do i have to do now do i have to try the bootloader way ?
if yes what do i need to do it and how ? :(

Have a look around that forum.
Now I can tell you this: activesync will not recognize it - simply try running the update again. If doesn't help - see forum for exact instructions how to run the SD update.
PS: what actually happened?

I made a 2003 rom for my XDA I T mobile device i tried to upgraded it but it hangs up and a mseege appared asking me to soft rest my device and try the operation again ... now ActiveSyn not connecting to the device and i dont have an SD :( my Bootloader is 5.25 is this loader is bad ?
Please advice.

A softreset is a restart of your device. You do it by putting your stick in the little hole down on the left side.
A hardreset performs a blank installation of the System stored in your Rom. All applications an data installed will be lost. You can do this by unsrewing your stick, putting the top in the little hole down on the right side, wait for about 60 sek. and do this again....
