XDA hangs badly- nothing helps !

I`ve tried all roms from xda.weblink kitchen and all radio modules. Nothing helps... after few houra or couple of days my device hangs that heavily that I have to hard-reset it.
Is it a hardware problem ? Maybye some part inside (like memory chip) is not working ? Anyone knows ?

Have you removed all third party software so it is just the OS barebones?
