I need to reload the flash ROM

I have got 2 x T-Mobile XDA pocket pc phones that I need to reload the flash ROM.
How do i go about doing this.

Now serious:
1. read a few threads here (especially things like "flashing is dangerous!")
2. when prepared go to http://lumpistefan.dyndns.org, get rom.exe and run it on your PC.
