XDAtools - error 011 - WTF?

very old HTC, flashed yesterday with ROM 4.01.16 ENG (ROM kitchen, based on T-Mobile flash) via XDA Tools - everything was OK.

But now i'v got a problem. I need to flash it again, because not everything works ok - like keylock (when its switched off, ALL keys are locked, power button too :( and battery life is very short).

So.. theres fresh cooked :-) ROM on my HDD, same computer and XDA tools as yesterday and.. i cannot flash! :-(
Xda tools displays errors on dos-box ("error geting connectiontype") and on Programme A v1.09 ("ERROR 011: EXECUTE COMMUNICATION PROGRAM ERROR").
Because yesterday everything was OK, i think te bug is in ROM. And what now?

you can't use the exe method after T-mobile ROMs .. you have to use the SD method

ok, sd-flashing works OK, thanks :-)

But power-on switch still doesnt works OK - only way to switch on is warm reset :-(

The answer is - rom version 4.01.16.

Now its OK. :-D
