GSM ERROR IN THE BOOTLOADER. THE LAMP DOEN'T AS CHARGING

GSM ERROR IN BOOTLOADER. DOES ANYONE HAVE GSM ROM. ALSO WHEN I PUT IN THE CHARGER, THE CHARGING LAMP DOEN'T TURN ON.
I CHECK ON DEVICE INFORMATION AND SEE THAT rOM VERSION:

3.17.03 ENG
ROM date 05/15/03
Radio Version: Not appear
Protocol version: not appear

Any one can help me to solve this problem or have any information to share. thanks.

i have 2 dead xda and now i resuruct it in 1 ........ very tried ........

find to use repair.zip .... if cannot find it email to me ......... lucky to u
