I've just received an XDA2 that is locked to the O2 network.
I need to use a UK Vodaphone PAYG Sim in the XDA.
I've run xda2unlock but it tells me that the phone is allready unlocked.
Except, when I use my Voda sim the XDA still wants me to input a code into the SIMlock box!
Any ideas as to what the problem could be?

You probably followed the xda2unlock link from the front page of www.xda-developers.com into the wiki pages. In the wiki there is still the old version 1.2 of the tool, which doesn't seem to work on Radio 1.10 or so. At least on my UK O2 XDA2 I had the same behaviour as you described.
The good news is: there is a new version that does indeed work (at least, for me it did). Please go to http://forum.xda-developers.com/viewtopic.php?t=6963 where you will find version 2.2 of the xda2unlock tool. This is a program that runs on the PDA itself. It does not require the hard reset or the bootloader mode.
Hope this helps ... Kai
PS: I have updated the 2 wiki pages, to include links to version 2.2, too.
