Hello,
I have a .cab with somes files.
I have edit one of it (for traduction), i want to "repack" the cab.
how can i do it ? I haven't got the original *.inf for cabwiz.exe :roll:
does it exist a tools of reverse engineering to obtain the *.inf file from the original *.cab file ?

total commander
let me open CAB files like any other packet files zip rar what ever
just like they were dirs

Hello,
i install total commander, but it don't let me modify a file in a cab...
i can extract file but not insert file in an existing cab ...
other ideas ?

Winace will let you pack a file in .cab format.

WinCe Cab Manager (http://www.ocpsoftware.com/products.php?nm=cecabmgr) will let you edit/build cab files, its not free but you get to use it 15 times before your trial runs out.

You can use CE CAB Manager.
You have trial version.

WinCE Cab manager is exactly that i want.
extract cab file and regenerate inf files :-)
