T-Mobile Beta 1.72 ROM dead on my MDAII

:shock: My MDA2 locked up while I was teaching a class yesterday. So I did a soft reset with no luck. I attempted a hard reset and still, the device kept locking up requireing another Hard Reset! Now I can't get the dang thing to boot past the boot loader screen.

I'm attempting to upgrade it to the I-Mate 1.72 ROM right now, I'll let you know if it works.

Man oh Man... I don't know how I'm going to get this thing fixed if the ROM upgrade doesn't work. :x

you could try not installing any programs and see if it still locks up
or you could RMA it

I was able to load the 1.72 Imate ROM.

My device seems to be running okay. :phew: !!!! Oh man !!!!

That was one hell of a scare. I don't think I'll be playing with Beta ROM's until others have tried them first.
