Please, I need some help with bootloader

Hi Guys,

I know that this forum is all about XDA's, but as you guys seems to be very experienced on this field I thought that I could get some help.

I have a Toshiba e400 PocketPC. Its rom is in French and I need to change it to English.

The problem is that I cannot update it because the bootloader does not let me.

I've download both ROM WM2003 and WM2003SE in english from Toshiba's website (both downloads came with the ROM image and the bootloader itself).

When I try to update it whith the "flash" tool that toshiba provides it says to use the line "-xlng" that was supposed to ignore the ROM language and install it anyway but it does do anything, because the bootloader language is in french.

I need to find a way to install a new bootloader and then I could be able to install this new ROM.

Do you guys knows any bootloader program that may let me install this new bootloader?

please try to find for me an e330 or e335 as I need to read the flash. I will tell you what you have to do. Just try to help me. I have a german version of e330 and I need to change in english. But I dont have english version from it.

When flashing ipaq from german to english, I would run the flash program, with the an english ipaq in cradle, then when the program asked me to enter bootloader I would substitute the german one and it would flash no problems.
