The first 6 months of this 2yr contract are rent-free .. rental is only £22.50 p/m

Call charges are as follows;

National calls - 8p per minute

Voicemail - 8p per minute

Same network - 6p per minute

Other network - 25p per minute

SMS - 10.21p per message

MMS - 29.79p per message

Plus you also get a free Colour screen DECT cordless phone !

Seems to good to be true, but it's backed by British Telecommunications plc

This is my first post. I got an XDA-II though this scheme and yes it is restricted to businesses, but I just pay my business the call rental and charges rather than paying O2.

I got the DECT phone too, which I have just promptly sold on Ebay.

I got the phone mail order within a week of receiving the email, and my number was ported from Orange.

Yes it is a 24 month contract with no inclusive minutes. I am looking at it as an 18 month contract as the first 6 months are line rental free and the savings made here will offset the line rental costs later on.

They do other phones:
basic nokia - £ 7.50 p/m 1yr or £ 5.00 p/m 2yr
Nokia 6310i, 6100 or Ericsson Z200 - £ 12.50 p/m 1yr or £10 2yr
Nokia 7250i, Siemens SL55 or Ericsson T610 - £ 17.50 p/m 1yr or £ 15 p/m 2yr

£ 22.50 (2 yr only) XDAII or Ericsson P900

For the 1 year contracts the first 3 months are rental free and the call charges are the same.
VAT not included.
