remove XDA II camera

I would like to remove the camera of the XDA 2. Did someone collect
with already experiences thereby?

you can prob remove the applications if they are in the extneted rom
from what i understand it's only the ones that are preinstalled that works with that cam

it looks like you could remove it, the ribbon connetor probably unplugs.

Not sure why you would want to though, don't think it uses any power when it's off and it's so small it can't weigh much.

I guess you might work somewhere where camera phones are not allowed.
