Lost program icons

Hi! Just bought my O2 yesterday and almost right after I stepped out of the store, some icons when you'd press the START button dissapeared. Even the related icons in the Programs folder were gone too.

Since the unit is still new, I think I'd just do a hard reset. What could have caused the problem? Is this a known bug? How do I prevent this from recurring in the future?

take it straight back to the shop under the warrenty before your 7 days are up that way they can xchange it without hassle

Thanks for the advise! I actually just did a hard reset and all seems to be working fine.

Might take you up on your 7-day warranty advise.
