creating shortcut to bluetooth manager

a couple of hard resets ago i found a way to create a shortcut to the bluetooth manager (to turn BT on/off, not bluetooth settings) which enabled me to put a shortcut on the today screen which would be there permanently, unlike the standard now-you-see-it now-you-don't bluetooth tray icon.

i have been trying to find out how i stumbled across it ever since but have been unsuccessful. Does anyone know how this can be done?

I have only been able to make links to the Control Panel Bluetooth Settings... but I think we would love to know this little trick!
