There is no printer support built into the WM2003 OS (or any Windows CE flavor for that matter). In order to print you will need to purchase a 3rd party application. I use HP Mobile Printing to print to IR and BT printers. I think there are others available, but I have used this since I got my iPaq 3975 and it has always worked well for me.
