Hi guys,
I'm thinking of buying a xda II, but still there is one question:
Asuming I am listening to some music, surf a little bit and then the battery ends. What happens then? Are all my data erased?
I have a Sony Clie organizer and that's what exactly happens - it's horrible!
Hope you guys can give me a hint.

There's a small backup battery builtin in the main battery which prevents dataloss for a certain periode of time.

First, the backup batterie lasts for 20 minutes and it's only intended for changing the main batterie.
When the voltage of the main bat drops under a certain level, the phone and pda switch off and you will not be able to turn the device on, this is prevented. But there is still plenty of power left to keep the data.
It happens to me from time to time, that I get under this level.
Under Powersettings your are able to define the threshold, so if you want to be absolutly certain raise this level... but with 10% it should be a week or so at least (did try this out and I am not going to this :-) )

Once the XDA shuts off and you can no longer use it, there is enough power to maintain memory for at least 72 hours.
