y am not satisfied with the phone

y am not satisfied with the phone.
if y get a call fron a stranger,the only thing wath y can do is looking him up in the call history.
butt y cant edit the numbers in the call history,so y cant put a name on thes numbers.
isent er a better piece of software availible?

In the call history, maintaining pressed the number it will leave one menu, soon selects the option "save to contacts"

hi! how come when i do this, the menu that would appear, the 'save to contacts' option cannot be hi lighted (can't be chosen). any ideas how to fix this? tnx! :)
