WM2003SE Upgrades - Is there Any Real News On this?

Is there any firm news on the likleyhood of a WM2003SE Upgrade for XDAII's (or any of the other versions of this hardware)? I have seen plenty of posts from people who seem to think it will come sometime but nothing official confirming this.

Given that HP have abandined any possibility of an upgrade for existing users I think it unlikley but I guess it only needs one ISP to offer the upgarde for Himalaya hardware and then we should be able to re-work it for the rest of us.

Yes, I'm looking for this too! I was hoping at least the new T-Mo USA iPaq phone edition would have SE! Is there a way to put that OS on my xdaII? -or is that a bad idea? -is it possible to get that ROM anywhere?
