check the flash procedure on this site.
No worries.
Put XDA2 in cradle
Just restart the update procedure again.

Before upgrade, put HimaGetDeviceData.exe to device, run it and it creates file \windows\devicedata.txt, then download this file to PC and open it in Notepad... You can see something like this:
http://mda.epot.cz/img/flash14.png
(plz ignore Czech red text).
Behind "PH10" there is a "operator/seller/country" code of your XDA2/MDA2 ("C D L" in this case)...
And to this "operator/seller/country" you need to change headers of .nbf files using xda2nbftool (search wiki of xda-dev for it) and your own created .bat file (I included process_cdl.bat for changing headers for CDL - that is i-mate - as seen on that picture; you need to unzip it). Copy xda2nbftoo.exe and this .bat script to your folder with unpacked update and run that .bat script. It takes little time, but you will have prepared update for your XDA2/MDA2.
If your devicedata.txt shows another operator than CDL, change these three lines in .bat file to operator according to yours (change CDL on lines to your operator - possibilities TMOBILE, O2, Qtek, CDL)...
xda2nbftool -sd PH10 -so CDL -sl WWE -v NK.nba
xda2nbftool -sd PH10 -so CDL -sl WWE -v ms_.nba
xda2nbftool -sd PH10 -so CDL -sl WWE -v Radio_.nba
If you get Model ID error, when you try to flash it, then kill ActiveSync (wcescomm.exe using TaskManager -> Processes), start bootloader (power+navi-button+reset) on XDA2/MDA2 (you will get "Serial any_version" on screen of XDA2/MDA2 and if you put it to cradle, you get "USB any_version") and start flash again...
But all this is written on XDA-DEV WIKI, so why don't you read it? I did...
