Video problem...

I have a problem with my video recording...I set my video options 'recording with audio', but when i record, the audio only can be heard for about 1 second. Apart from that, the video looks laggy...i mean, the video is not as smooth as usual. This happens when i try to save my video in my storage card, and it doesn't happen when i save the video in the device. Could someone help me with this ? Or is there anything wrong with my storage card ? Any suggestions ? Thanx a lot !

I'm using Kingston SD card 256 mb. I heard about the good things and bad things about kingston...Any help ? Suggestions ? Thanx in advance...

you can benchmark the speed of your card and compare it with many other cards in different pda's
using pocket mechanics
it does sound like the sd card is not fast enough
