question on the upgrade the rom!

hello:
my question on the upgrade the rom!
1.what is the ms_.nbf nk.nbf & radio.nbf rom ? what function ?
2. on the forum. i find the ext. rom topic! the ext. rom is ms.?
3. the ext rom can add / remove the program is right? how do it?
4. on the upgrade ext. rom, can i only upgrade it?

ms_.nbf nk.nbf == the rom from ms which is the os
radio.nbf rom == the radio stack as in the software for the gsm part of the device

extented rom is a place in the rom where people can place 3th party software which will be automaticly installed after a hardreset
