Error installing Special Room

Hi, (my english is very bad). I have trying to intall the special room but appears this error: "Please plug the power adapter into your pocket pc". I only have the charger and the cable USB but I dont' have the base. The battery is full. I don't know what I have to do.

If you use the sd memory card method to flash your device you wont get this message. I dont recall getting the message when flashing my device with special edition rom, but it was some time ago so maybe I just forgot.
