Upgrading Orange M1000 in Denmark ??? Is it possible???

Hello! I've upgraded my m1000 to ROM 1.66.00, but it has made a hard reset twice now since may.

Is it possible to upgrade to a better rom version? It has to work here in Denmark (GSM 900/1800). Is there any differences in this rom version and newer?

I don't care about the Orange stuuf in it today, since i'm not using orange anymore.

Would a upgrade erase everything from Orange?

Any recommendations is appreciated! I'm a newbie, so please make your reply understandable :)...

the xda2 being a triband phone country dont matter any more
any rom would work
that is if one set the country code to what ever the rom in question require
the norvegian 1.72 qtek rom would work just fine in your phone i would guess even without any countrycode changing

well i'm still at my qtek 2020 1.66 rom because if it's not broke i'm not going to risk much by trying to fix it
if the 2003SE gets out for our device maybe i'll think about changing

Shouldn't it be rather safe to upgrade? It just did a hard reset on me, so i won't loose anything. But I want the norwegian one - should be the correct for a danish layout. Do u know where I can get it from?

I get the wrong Country code. What do i do about that?
