Help with upgrade!

I am trying to upgrade the ROM on my XDAII on advice from 02 - but i cant get it to install! It gets past the release notes and then errors. The error code is 011, saying that it cannot get a connection to the device. This is strange because i can syncronise everything on the phone and even browse its contents directly before and directly after the error!

Help!

I am running win XP Pro SP2 with the following on my XDA2....

hi there,
It sounds like you may still have active sync running. Ensure it is switched off completeley by doing the contr/Alt/delete thingy.
