Upgrade OS to Pocket Windows 2003

I want to upgrade my OS to Pocket Windows 2003. I have 2002 at the moment. How do I do?

Hej,
I have a copy of PPC 2003 phone edition. If you don't I have a spare original one for sale. It is from an XDA2 phone but I am unsure if it will work or not, perhaps someone else can comment. It is not a copy, or a backup it is a brand new one and un-registered.
