Please Guide : Upgrade RSU and OS

Hello ,

I have very bad signal reception and running Windows 2002 .
Looking to upgrade both Radio and Windows :

Hardware XDA -1 : PW10A2
ROM : 3.17.03 ENG
Radio : T302
Protocol : 32S54 .
I use GSM 900/1800 Band in Asia .

Help needed :
Since the original HW is from T mobile , but due to German language I somehow loaded O2 English .

1.CAN I GET T MOBILE English (900/1800) SW ??

2.How to change OS to T Mobile English ?.
3.Which level to upgrade > both Radio and OS .
I have SD card , kindly guide me process to Upgrade

Since your device is A type and you are using 900/1800, if you want to have an original s/w then the best for you is the complete upgrade kit from Carrier Devices (ROM 3.18 + RSU 3.25).

If you want to use WM2003 ROM, you can use RSU 3.25 and cook any WM2003 ROM from the kistchen (4.01.16 is very good) and use your SD to flash our device.

Again, it's not recommended to flash the RSU unless it's REALLY needed.
