Dust under screen

My device is suffering from major dust problem under the screen. How could I clean under the screen and how could I prevent or slow down this process? Please help!

Not an easy task, the dust is probably between the lcd and the digitizer, seperating the two can be very tricky and you may end up with a busted screen. This was a common problem with the ipaq range but I havent had any problems with the xda.
