How to use my Pocket PC as a wireless modem for my Laptop

I want to use my Pocket PC Phone as a wireless modem to connect my laptop computer to the Internet through my Pocket Pc. can I do that? How?. I would prefer to use the USB port and cradle to connect to my Laptop.

Seems like the modem software is bundled with XDA when you get it from O2. How about elsewhere? Where can I get teh modem software?

I could be wrong, but I guess you should have it pre installed in your ROM.


Are you sure you have the most updated ROM from AT&T ?

Have you tried installing a personally cooked ROM from Lumpysyefan kitchen ? http://lumpistefan.dyndns.org/
for example (make sure you bake up your before)
