Unlock T-Mobile 2003 XDA1

I have purchased just last week T-mobile pocket PC in the US, would love it if someone can help me unlock this please!!
The following is rom and radio version:

Rom version: 4.01.16 ENG
ROM date: 02/04/04
Radio Version: 6.25.02
Protocol version: 324e4

I have the same problem and I'm working in for almost one month but till now I have not succeeded.

My phone is of same configuration. I could not unlock using special edition ROM, It will not show unlock window.

Please let me know if you guys find anything.

send it to any profisinal office and it will be unlocked
