Hi can anybody tell me how can I Install a new rom and SO on my wallaby, cause i was trying to update the rom and after an error everything is gone, now I just have the Bootloader. :(

Use xda tools to write the nb1 (i think) file to sd, insert into device, and hard reset. aftwerwords it should automaticly ask if what you want to do. ie sd->device, device->sd, etc..... choose sd->device. Do a search on "rom bootloader method" (find all words). YOu should do some more reading on this forum first.
