i need to hard reset my xda 1 how is it done??

as the title says I need to hard reset how do i go about doing it????

On the bottom under the headphone socket is a very tiny hole, push a pin or the top of unscrewed stylus in the hole once, wait one minute, push once again, this will put it back to factory setting.
