Monitoring software?

I have been looking everywhere for some software that will tally the total call duration, SMS use and GRPS usage within set periods so that I dont go over my allocated free minutes.

Preferably im after something free but I will settle for a paid up version if its decent and cheap...... and theres no warez alternative (joke - dont ban me :wink: )

The one I have been using since I purchased the XDAII is Spb GPRS Monitor (http://www.spbsoftwarehouse.com/products/gprsmonitor/?en), it only monitors GPRS but I have been very happy with it.
