I only know the expansys will have this device in HONGKONG at Nov 12, however there are usually overpriced, I am waiting for O2 asia. Unfortunately, it seems even no official news about XDA II Mini.

This is the only place I can find that is taking pre-orders for the 850Mhz version. They say they have ordered 500 of each (850Mhz and 900Mhz).
Enjoy, -Chris

Expansys does not have the 850Mhz JAM. Spoke to them a few times and they do not expect to carry the 850 Mhz version for a while.
Seems like the JAM delivery date keeps getting pushed back. I've been checking the FCC website and the JAM's license has not been approved yet. That must be why the release date keeps slipping.
Below is the updated delivery information from impactwireless.ca on the delivery of the 900Mhz and 850Mhz JAM.
This is what we received yesterday afternoon:
****************************
Our UK office have informed me of the following dates when the i-Mate
devices will be available.
JAM 900/1800/1900 Mhz: Available 11/30/04
These dates are for availability from our US offices, including time
for carriage and customs.
The 850/1800/1900 MHz devices are due to be available in the New Year. :(
I apologize for any inconvenience the delay may cause, but assure you that everything is being done to ensure that deliveries happen in the
fastest way possible.
Your business is very much appreciated. Please let me know if I may
assist you in any way in dealing with these delays.

Good info :) Basically the same thing that they told me (which is good to hear). I talked with imate (via clubimate) and they are releasing the 850mhz version until early 2005 b/c they have to test it more? (That is what the tech support guy told me). So, it makes sense that no one would have the 850 version until after that. Thanks for the update. Any further updates would be most appreciated!! :D
