hey guys, i'm looking to get a gps receiver for my xda for sat nav.
is this good one to get??

is there anything else i need?? car mount (know which is good/cheap)?

I guess i install the software onto the SD card and i'm off to go right?

It's fine, although if you want to save some money, you can buy an unbranded gps mouse like this one:

I've been using mine for about six months and it works great, and it comes with the y-plug if you specify that you have an xda2!

As for car mounts, i got mine from proporta and it mounts onto the vent, i'm quite happy with it but i'm sure there are better ones about.

cheers mate. Had a look at it and only about £10 less or so. Prob go for the Tomtom one since little diff.
