Bluetooth ActiveSync again....sorry!!!

I know there are thousands of topics on this issue but after reading them all, searching through the geekzone Blluetooth guides and so on...still no luck.
I am using Windows XP Pro with SP2 and used to connect Qtek 2020 to ActiveSync with no problem.
Suddenly, this stopped working. I've reviewed all the config, COM ports, etc and still no connection.
When I tap Connect via Bluetooth on the PDA the window that used to pop-up, doesn't show.
Anyone else has experienced this problem?

Yeah, I had this a while ago after upgrading my ROM. After a lot of head-scratching I realised that I'd forgotten to set up AS via BT in the correct way.

Try this:
Delete any existing BT bonds to your PC.
Go to Control Panel -> Bluetooth Settings
Click the 'Start' button to setup Bluetooth ActiveSync (It will prompt you to create the BT bond again.)

Hopefully that will work. That's what fixed it for me. 8)
