How to access to the Bootloader

Hi

A friend of mine got a Q9090 and want to resuce mine by sending me its ROM (we both got a French Q9090)

He cannot access to the boot loader by either doing this

POWER+DPad+RESET

nor buy doing this

Power+DPad+Green+Red+Reset

Any suggestions?

power + record button + soft reset
