Pocket PC Phone with PTT (Push To Talk)

Will there ever be a Pocket PC Phone with PTT (push to talk) button so it can be used as a radio as well. Some GSM carriers are offering this service to get rid of NEXTEL. I think this phone should be there by now. i found one by Samsung the MITs400 but is for Korea and CDMA not GSM, do you guys know better?

Agile Messenger 3 advertises that it has Push to Talk built in, but Ive tried it and cannot see where it is.

Yes, agile 3 does have push to talk. Go to the options, and select a push to talk button to use. in an IM, hold that push to talk button and speak!
