Help for Extended Rom and Radio Shack rom backup

Hi to everyone.
Two weeks ago a bougth a Qtek 2020 and I read about backup the rom in a sd card. So I used Multi-Port/USB TTY with all the steps post in the forum. I´m in bootloader v. 1.03 and
enter d2s
SD:Waiting for card insert.........

CMD3 for SD, it's OK, ready to get RCA from response.

SD:Detected one card

SD:ready for transfer OK

When I follow to back my extended rom and radio nothing happened

USB >d2s 60000000 00300000 sd a ENTER and nothing
USB >d2s 70000000 01080000 sd a ENTER and nothing

Please if someone can tell me what i´m doing wrong I ll very appretiate.
And other question: What´s rom should i use with my Qtek 2020?

Why not go the easy way and use a backup manager like sunnysoft backupmanager or sprite backup.
That way you can just use the gui and save your (even self-executable) file on sd-card for emergency purposes . . .

These program can backup the extented rom and the radio shack?
And where i can find them

The rom's should not need regular backup. because they're ROM.
Keep a ROM upgrade file as a backup.

Backupmanager is able to backup your complete PocketPC.
I you have that on your sd card as an .exe, just running that after any hard-reset will get you up & running in minutes.

try manually typing d2s 60 blah blah instead of copying and pasting??
