I've got a SIM-Locked SPV M2000 from Orange Switzerland.

Operator Version: 5.12.5.157
ROM-Version: 1.12.21 GER
ROM-Date: 09/24/04
Radio-Version: 1.04.00
Protokoll-Version: 1337.35
ExtROM-Version: 1.12.157 GER

I tried to unlock it using xda2unlock, but it didn't work. The error message was something like: "unable to communicate with the modem."

Does anyone have an idea?
