Constant hard resetting when connecting to cradle.

Hi,
I have had an XDA ii for 2 days. I have unlocked it to use T-Mobile with no problems. BUT every time i put it in the cradle it goes to the start up wizard, and needs to restart everything. The programs need resetting up also. Does anyone know how to stop this? (WinXP, XDA II radio 1.10.00)

sounds like the problem i'm having at the mo, dunno how to sort it tho, seems it only does it if the dc adapter is plugged in
