i have found a link to the 2 BT patches for the Qtek9090.
The files are at this location:

Watch it! First install WWW_124_008.sa CAB and than OEM_Patche_12100401.sa CAB and than softreset. Ready and enjoy.
Via activesync you can copy the 2 files to the Qtek 9090 and than via file explorer install the files on your PDA.
