XDATools Not working?

Hi, I seem to have a problem trying to install XDATools. When I try and run it it says "error cannot find RAPI.dll, please reinstall" Happens every time, no ,atter how many times I install. Is there another version or am I just thick and doing something wrong. My opertaing system is XP Pro with SP2. Dunno if that makes a difference, but just thought I'd mention it, in case its relevant.
