O2 Mini earphone problem

when I use the earphone to answering calls, the volume of the earphone is extreme low whatever I turn the volume to max. But when I use the same volume level to listen music, it becomes too loud. Is it an known bug or I did something wrong in configuration? How can I fix it? :oops:
