Transfer dopod-103cht.bin to SD card for flashing O2 mini

I am new to upgrading the ROM of O2 mini.

I have downloaded a file "dopod-103cht.bin" at ftp://xda:xda@forum.xda-developers.com, would anyone know how I could transfer this file to SD card for flashing O2 mini?
