How To Use er2003edit and what are the passwords ??

hi there i just upgraded to ROM Version : 2.06.00WWE ( mysteryman )
and when i hit soft reset i get the screen sayin "TEST ONLY NOT FOR SALE" i want to change tht spalsh screen and need details on it how can i change it...ive tried changing them by opening the ExtROM (ms_.nbf) with ER2003Edit but every time i try to open it i get a password error.

could any one please give me the detailed step by step guide on how to change the splash screeen plllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll lllllllllllz. !!! :( :( :(

My Device Currently Is :

Device : O2 XDA2
ROM Version : 2.06.00WWE ( mysteryman )
ROM Date : 06/14/04
Radio Version : 1.14.00
ExtROM version : 2.06.100a (mysteryman)

on the "file open dialog window" choose "Extended ROM" as file type instead of "autodetect"
