HI THERE, I WAS TRYING TO DOWNGRADE MY NEW I MATE AND SUDDENLY I GOT THIS MSG ON THE IMATE SCREEN "USB" ON THE TOP AND "V2. 06" WHILE THE IMATE IS ON THE CORDLESS. WHEN I TAKE IT OFF, IT DISPLAYS THIS MSG ON THE TOP" SERIAL" AND "V2. 06" AT THE BOTTON OF THE SCREEN . I WAS SICK OF THE CURRENT WORKING OPERATING SYSTEM AND TRYING TO DO SOME THING WITH IT.. HELP PLEASE

Do This first:
Press these 3 buttons at the same time:
Power button + Press the circle between the call answer and reject buttons + Soft Reset

Put the mobile into the cradel again and restart the (upgrade/downgrade) process.

which device do you have?
is it XDA2, XDA3 or?

if it shows 2.06 i suppose you have XDA3/Qtek909/pda2k.
