Wi-Fi + Qtek 2020 + WIN2003SE

Hi, what do I need to connect my Qtek 2020 with WIN2003SE to my wi-fi access point? Adapters, software etc.. I searched some info around but I still dunno what i need... please help me :)

Just a SDIO Wifi card. Do not but the cards with built in memory because that would not work.

The SDIO wifi card won't work with the 256MB built in memory with the Qtec 2020. The card without the memory from Sandisk works very well.
