WM2003SE for Qtek 2020

Is there someone who prepared a WM2003SE for a QTEK 2020. I really want to do it myself but it seems that it doesn't work at me. I live in Belgium and we don't have such great operators as O2 :-)

Please help me because I really want to use it also. Is it possible to upload it? There are a lot of Belgian users who also want to use it, but there is even no Qtek-site for us.......

I am installing it now, i have a m1000 and using a O2 rom for quite a while now... (flashed already couple of 3/4 different rom in my phone :))...

I use er2003edit to change the operater id's... It works great!

You can upgrade to release 1.72.00.WWE for a Qtek 2020 Belgian retail. I've done it a week ago. I'm using a Qtek 2020 with Proximus.

The upgrade rom was placed on the resellers site. I downloaded it and it was an .exe file. Just run, be patient - it least an half an hour - and your Qtek is running up to date.

RUU172602WWE_Belgian_Shipping.exe has been on the ftp a long time now, and yes : it's not SE.
Radio is 1.14 :(
and a few things in the extended ROM can/should be updated:
CallerID,Camera,MIDI

Downloaded it from here a long time ago, so don't know the exact thread.
Everything in my extrom can be found in the forums, but i can attach them if people want it.
I did change the Cabs (removed HTC/customize reg key) so they all appear separately on "remove Programs". And I put my name on the splash screens.

Remarks so far :
+ looks nice, Landscape is nice, but TomTom 3 does not support landscape
+ I like the incorporation of MMS in Inbox (could be that it works on 2003 also, but haven't tried)
+ seems faster, but could be that just after upgrade it is always faster.
- Bluetooth Profile on today screen becomes invisible sometimes, but i moved it up under Owner information and I can still check/uncheck it when it is invisible
+ my bt handsfree/headset works fine (I still don't know the difference between headset and handsfree :oops: ) but i can pickup, speak,hear & hangup with it.
+ my bt GPS Holux works fine.
+ TomTom works even better with BT gps than with 1.72 where (on my device) it hung when GPS receiver was not on.

I didn't test much with it, so don't blame me if you do the same and are not happy with it.

and did try to download from the link you submit..
i get nothing

:shock: sorry but this is nothing more then the latest version of 2003 normal edition... nothing 2003 se on it...


this is the 2003 version i have allready on my mda2 because
i will wait paitience for a good 2003se...
my mda2 it to important to play with non official software...
i would only used 3th party if it was from lumpi ....
in my mda 1 i his software and since that it is very stable..


anyone knows a stable and good 2003 se for t-mobile Holland?
