NEW XDA2 O2 UK Problem Power button

Hi there
first of all wish you all a very happy new year

now i have a problem with my XDA2 (On O2 UK ), problem is when i turn off my XDA from the power button it turn off properly, thats ok but when i try to turn on by using the Power Button or even with any other button it won't turn ON,

I recently upgraded to 2.06 and deleted some file from Windows/Startup folder, the four files were XFlashMan , where X--> t, n... something like that.

i don't the problem os due to deleting the files or something else,

please can any body help

or anybody just upload four files from there startup folder in windows
file ending with XFlashMan X--> n, t .....
