you can extract it yourself from an O2 MS_.nbf with ER2003Edit
this one is out of Xda_II_172187_Final : o2ActiveUI_engl_4rom.CAB

and extracted out of that one : Setup and O2ActiveUI

These files can actually be found from the offical 1.72 upgrades....
