Good morning !
I have bought a Qtek 9090 and a retractable Ziplinq USB cable.
I can sync my device, but I am unable to charge the main battery with it.
Does anyone know something about it ?
Thank you.

Could be a faulty cable. If it doesn't work after a soft-reset, I would send it back...
Best Regards,
Mr.G :)

maximum current draw from usb is 500 milliamps, xda2s takes twice this to charge

I bought a similar USB retractable cable for my smartphone and it was working perfectly, charging and sync'n. When the PDA2k was released, I had one of the first ones, and I could only top up the charge if it was about 75% charged, anything below that would drain at the normal rate.
I am not sure it is the USB current, as I was in Singapore the other day, testing a BlueTooth GPS device with my PDA2k, which was running at lower than 30% charge, the shop keeper offer me a USB sync/charge cable to keep running, and it worked!
I don't quite understand what happened but I suspect that the current of the USB outlet was the main cause.
